1. In a 13x9-inch baking dish, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, cilantro and ginger.
2. Add steak and turn to coat. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Drain marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil. Grill steak about 5 to 7 minutes per side to desired degree of doneness.
4. Transfer steak to a platter and let stand for 10 minutes to rest. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve with marinade, if desired.
