Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, stir together beef, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, ketchup, tomato sauce, seasonings and egg.
3. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place baking rack on top.
4. On separate sheet of wax paper, roll beef mixture into 12 meatballs. Use thumb to make an indention in top of each meatball. Place each meatball onto rack leaving a space for the meatball to cook evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. While baking, cut olives in half and set aside. Cut the center out of mozzarella balls and place an olive half in each. Remove meatballs from oven and place ‘eyeball’ in thumbprint ‘socket’. Return to oven for about 10 minutes or until meatball is cooked through and cheese is melted.
6. Serve over pasta with pasta sauce, if desired.
