Directions

1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Prepare sauce by combining maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard in medium bowl. Stir in shrimp and toss well. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
3. Remove shrimp from marinade and thread on skewers alternating with pieces of onion and pineapple. Season with Cajun seasoning. Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are cooked through.
4. Serve over rice blend seasoned with Cajun seasoning, if desired.
