1. Prepare the cilantro-lime rice by microwaving rice according to package instructions. Place in bowl and add salt, lime juice, lime zest and cilantro. Stir to combine and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, add corn, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon chipotle seasoning. Stir to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, combine chicken with remaining chili powder and chipotle seasoning.
4. In a small bowl, combine beans, garlic salt and jalapenos.
5. Build each bowl by arranging cilantro rice, pico de gallo, corn, chicken and black beans in mounds around the edge of each bowl, top with a big scoop of guacamole in the center. Top with another spoonful of pico de gallo, a sprig or two of fresh cilantro and serve.
