- In a small mason jar, add all vinaigrette ingredients. Shake vigorously and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add lettuce, orange sections, pomegranate (or dried cranberries). Drizzle salad with vinaigrette to taste. Toss well and place salad in serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with almonds and feta cheese. Serve immediately.
- *The vinaigrette may be made up to two days before and chilled until ready to use.
